If I were you I would weld the gun inside of the Character or something like that so you can animate the actual gun itself. Also your animation is really nice already in my opinion.

I wouldn’t recommend it, no. For something like that you’d be better off using an animation specifically made for that arms rig.

Even being an older post, I just used this animation pack for making a basic gun in studio, and I’m impressed. This is super high quality, and this does not look like a free model, the animations look like something a big dev group would have made. Very well done!

Thought I like the animation just I don’t like the r15 cause it isn’t my fave animation tool ;/. Still I like rthro cause it make better animations

You right click on them and save to roblox, give it a name, make sure you save it to the correct group or user where your game is…then you find its URL, grab the unique ID code of it and use that as your reference when coding the animations into your gun’s localscript.

could you reupload the original ones? I really liked the old rifle animations as it had less recoil so if there is a chance could you reupload the original version (V1 anims) on roblox? It could be titled “R15 gun animations V1”
