Umm, what? It is all about the money. Don’t try to guilt people with “stop being greedy, it isn’t about the money”. It is.
You are promising people that they will be famous, with no proof whatsoever. Please, rethink this.

It clearly is not guilt, there is a difference between someone who actually is encouraged to get the game out more then the money, obviously you get paid for it but all games who pay, fail, because the developers are only motivated by the money, not actual interest. And I have a team which all are happy with this and we are actually making a big project now.
