sm Before we start anything, may all Hotel Guests correct the sentence above our heads?
sm Here are a few rules you should know before we start the session.
sm Our Co-Host(s) will be declaring staff roles in this session as I go over these rules.
pm [CO-HOST(S)] You may now start labelling Interviewers! Please take in mind each interview can only take 1 interviewee on the average. If there are little staff they may take an equal amount if possible. Remember to choose new MRs as they need experience.
sm Interviewees | Make sure you use grammar at all times, using grammar will increase your chances of passing your interview.
sm Interviewees | If you pass this session, you will be ranked “Awaiting Training”. You will then be required to attend a Training Session for an official staff rank.
sm Interviewees | Please be polite to your Interviewer. They have taken precious time out of their day to interview you. You should be grateful to have such a wonderful Interviewer!
sm Interviewees | Please do not annoy our staff members if you fail. You are always welcome to attend another Interview Session and try again! There is no limit. Or you can apply at our amazing Application Center.
sm Interviewees | III grammar strikes is a fail. Mind your grammar, punctuation and use correct capitals.
sm Interviewees | If you are caught Copying and Pasting, it will lead to an auto fail. If we suspect you are copying and pasting, we have the right to immediately auto fail you.
sm Staff | Do not fail a good interviewee or pass a bad interviewee. We are looking for professional staff. If you feel your interviewee matches these and their answers are detailed, go ahead and pass them! If your interviewee’s answers are un-detailed and they do not match these, don’t hesitate to consider failing them.
sm Staff | Please use the guide to interview. I don’t want any interviewees slacking or getting questions that are too hard. Make it fair and use the guide.
sm Staff | Remember to use view {User} - jump {User} - bring {User} to tp an interviewee into a room.
sm Interviewers may head to their offices. Interviewees, please stay seated and wait for an interviewer to bring you into the office once they are ready.
