How about Vector Color Gradients for Guis?

I don’t mind uploading decals, but I just thought of how convenient it would be for gui objects(textlable,imagelabel, all the buttons,frames) to have color gradients with options like, Linear, Bi-Linear,Radial, etc… simpler but similar to gimp or illustrator gradient setups. Maybe only 2-4 colors max per gradient.

I don’t see a big use-case for this. The use cases that I can think off are most of the time simpler by using decals since those have way more parameters.

This is something that would be super useful if GUIs had an Alpha Channel of some sorts. Basically a ClipsDescendants that uses light/dark on an image.

Made a plugin to solve this issue

plugin that turns frames into gradients, there are also ustom gradients (enter two RGB codes and it generates a gradient)

It uses a secret imagelabel trick
Backgroundcolor and ImageColor
