I need to change my premium subscription from 450 to 1000 fast so i can upload my UGC accessory, otherwise ill have to wait a month. Is there a way to do it so?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like there’s any way to upgrade without waiting for it to expire, at the moment.
I’d recommend supporting the following feature request (which was posted upon the announcement of the recent UGC update, in hopes of making the process of upgrading to higher tiers of Roblox Premium more intuitive):
