I am working on a map design nowadays. I know how to make mountains but it losts my time too much. Is there any plugin or way to get faster?
You could try resizing the terrain brush to a higher value, its way easier

Depends on whether you want the mountains in terrain, parts, or mesh parts. You should give more details next time you post, which would allow us to give more detailed help.
I made a tutorial in April showing an easy and fast method on how to create mountains in Blender. It is probably one of the fastest ways to create mountains as a mesh part.
