How do i make a "Screen Proximity prompt"

I want a kind of proximity prompt, with all its feature , but its on the screen (like a button with a certain hold duration)

According to the docs(ProximityPrompt | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub) you can place a Proximity Prompt in the StarterGui
