Hello does anybody know how to make vfx effects I really wanna know cuz my friend using blender and he wants to know how to make in Roblox this effects like the strongest Battleground. And my friend saw in blender that is something called texture paint is that the think where you make those effects of are there others apps for it or whatever

preferably better to make vfx effects in roblox instead of blender, in blender you use parts and modifier in roblox you use particles so it looks smoother
