You can also use a plugin called RigEdit Lite to rig stuff up in studio (there’s a free version and a paid one, I imagine the paid one is better, but I don’t have it).

But yeah if you already know how to rig stuff in Blender, then what slav said is going to be better.

If you choose to use RigEdit, GnomeCode has an excellent tutorial video for it. I’ve personally never needed the paid version.

There’s a couple of videos that answers your question. GnomeCode has a nice video about it. Please look up your answers before posting next time.

With that said, you can make a model from your editor of choice (Blender, Maya, Roblox Studio). You can then rig it using this plugin. You can animate using Roblox’s built in animator. Moon Animator works too (costs money).

Some tips with rigging that I have gathered for rigging and modeling:

Joints are called joints for a reason. They’re pivot points. A door rotating from the hinge is different from a door rotating from its middle.
You can always change how the joints are connected mid animation.
Usually, keep the entire model CanCollide false. Make the HumanoidRootPart at the torso and increase the hipheight (under Humanoid) up to how high it is from the floor.
