How do you create a UGC sponsored ad?

Hello developers.

I am in need of some help.

I have been on an ongoing quest to advertise one of my UGC items and unfortunately, it seems that I can not create one at the moment.

When I try to sponsor a UGC for my group using the sponsor page, it shows that the “Create Sponsored Ad” button is completely gray, even when I select the item I want to sponsor.

Also, when I try to use the Ads Manager, there seems to be no support for UGC items in a group.

So, how do I do it? I’ve looked at all of the official Roblox articles about the subject, and even a few DevForum posts, but still can not find a solution to my problem.

If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

Im having this problem too, I cant put any ugc onto sponsorships.

Me too. Luckily it’s being addressed by the developers: Cannot advertise UGC's
