This looks great, but as I said in my comment on another post you made in ‘What are you working on (2020)’, I pointed out that it looks like San Francisco. The prison is in a bay (I assume it’s a bay), and there’s a pyramid building. Am I wrong?

There are many different prison bays in the world. E.G. in Mexico, there were three old ones (not used as prison anymore) called Las Islas Marías. Afaik there is another one in Tokyo. So, imo, this does not look like SF
