Hello, I’m currently working on a bunch of meshes I mad in Blender but I’m having a probably importing the textures. I’ve read that you can make the image a decal and add it to the mesh as texture but the texture includes multiple images layered over each other and it won’t let me hold shift and click them all to add them into the decal together and when I just do one of the images it shows up with an error.
I think it would be a lot easier to just use the textures, what problems are you having with importing them?
When I import them the mesh just shows up white.
Have you checked your UVs? Maybe they’re not properly set up?
What’s the resolution on your texture?
oh cool one thing you can do is Baking all the textures into a single image and then importing that to studio.
Baking textures is a blender feature that is really helpful for things like this, it’s not that hard just have to click a button and just exporting the final image.

I didn’t make the texture I just got it off a website I use but let me find the texture resolution its 8k-PNG
It doesn’t look like he has anything to bake, he’s already got his texture.
I think the max res for a texture is 1024x1024. Try downscaling to that, save the image and export your mesh again.
How would I downscale the texture?
umm down scaling texture won’t let you add multiple images in the studio??
Head over to the image tab and press resize.
Where would that be, in Blender or Roblox?
ok so what i can understand from all above is you got different texture for different parts of the model right?
So you can just export the all the parts with different textures separately and them joining them in the studio to get the entire model back again.
All parts of the model have the same texture just I changed like the metallic’ness on the scope and other part.
Blender, its in the uv tab.
well as of what i know when you adjust the roughness and the metallic properties it isn’t making changes to that images, so you gotta bake it. to get the new texture made by adjusting the properties.
So what would I press to resize it?
How would I be able to bake it?
