How to apply sound effect to spatial voice chat?

I heard voice chat with echo sound effect and tried to remake that but i couldn’t apply echo or other effects to voice.

Not sure if you can add distortion effects to the voice chat but you can however change the AmbientReverb in the SoundService which also makes the spatial voice echo
