I want to create a particle like https://gyazo.com/bcd88367264b972c217fbcbac29918f4 however I don’t really know how to go about making the circle particles that are always flat in all perspectives. I know how I would do the other part of the effect I just don’t know how I would do the circles always staying flat. I’m trying to accomplish this with only particles so would this be possible? Thanks to all help in advance.
Those look like SurfaceGuis with ImageLabels with LightingInfluence set to 0 and I forgot the other setting… but that one’s 1 or something.
You wouldn’t use particle emitters for those, some even opt to use Meshes for such effects.

Can you can use trails and some sort of path finders for the brick to follow a pattern. I’ve linked a good video on how to do trails and path finding blocks. For more info I’d check the DevForum and YouTube for this sort of stuff these are the basics things you’ll need. Best of luck, John.
