How to fix ragdoll startercharacter low fps in other player's POV

What I want to happen is to remove the low fps POV from other players
because if you look at other players they are running at a lower framerate than the others in the game

I am using a ragdoll custom startercharacter for the mechanic of the game

I’ve tried to search for solutions and i’ve seen this one Ragdoll Laggy on Other Clients

but I don’t know how to disable rootjoint in humanoidrootpart because I cant find it

the lag from the pov of the main player isnt the case, it was the recording’s fault on that one
