I’ve seen it in other threads about it but unfortunately I can’t understand. However, I’ve tried using particle beam but I can’t, so how can I make one?
But, to answer the question, how I’ve seen it done by most people is that they use a cylinder with inwards-facing normals, and then shift the texture’s coordinates every frame.
The problem is how to do something as incredible as this I’ve played a game that had exactly that with a warp tunnel, of course as I said no one will want to show you how they did it and I totally respect it, but hey I thought it was incredible this warp
