I want to make a GUI with my own tooltip. As a basis, I want to take the standard animation of clicking on the usual tooltip. It sort of has an animation where the little bar in the circle rounds off to the end. I don’t see how this can be implemented with Frame or Images. How can this be done?

If I understand your question correctly, this post is for a module that allows easily creating circular progress bars. Even if you don’t use it directly it can hopefully point you in the right direction.
