How to style my upcoming sandbox RPG game?

Hello, for a long time now I have been working on making a performant voxel engine in Roblox. After lots of work, the engine is stable and perfortmant enough for my needs. However the next step is deciding the artstyle of the game. I will not be using minecraft’s pixel style textures unless Roblox allows us to chose filtering type for texture assets (not instances).

My game currently uses the default Roblox materials, along with some similar custom ones. I personally like this style, but many people i’ve talked to doesn’t.

I am also considering a more stylized (right) approach but I do not know about it, and I am struggling to find good stylized materials for my needs.

What would your feedback on this be? Should I go ahead with Roblox materials to maybe keep an authentic look, or should I go with a more stylized/cartoony direction. Or maybe a completely different one?

Honestly it looks good like this, the Roblox materials look good I would say.
Except the trunks, it looks weird

Like it contrasts a lot.

If you can find a wood texture to replace the one in Roblox, it would be great.

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah that was something of a placeholder, I will replace it.
