How would i make a coin flip animation?

I can make the animation but i want to change the motor6d to be rigged to another part of the body during mid animation

so currently i have the coin rigged to the torso, but the problem is that i have to put way too many keyframes just so it looks right(because the coin sometimes goes inside of the hand or not attached to the hand and thats one problem, but rigging the coin to the torso, it allows me to animate the coin freely in the air

and if i rig the coin to the right hand, i dont have to animate every keyframe while being in the hand, but the problem is when the dummy throws the coin into the air, the coin moves with the right hand and what i want is the coin to move freely in the air

so yes this might be a dilemma where i can either rig it to the hand or to the torso
im just wondering i can do both

pros and cons with rigging to the torso
con: i have to animate almost every keyframe while the coin is inside the hand(more keyframes)
pro: i can animate the coin freely in mid air

pros and cons with rigging to the hand
con: the coin is stuck to the right hand and can’t freely animate coin in mid air
pro: i dont have to animate every keyframe when its in the hand(so less keyframes)

and also i don’t know whats up with this problem, i only animated the hand to go in 2 keyframes, but the hand just goes all over the place(its meant to grab the coin while its in the air)

and if i slow it down it still looks wonky
