How would I make a game that shares a bots screen, and maybe control it?

So a few months ago, I saw some videos of games that livestream screens. The one that caught my attention was when you could control a bot, and see it’s screen.
How is this possible?
It would be a fun challenge to try and make this kind of game! :slightly_smiling_face:
