How would I make realistic physics for my jet? (Gliding mechanics, air resistance.)

How would I even start with making realistic glide-physics for jets?

I’m making semi-realistic jets in roblox and i’m wondering how would I implement realistic glide physics into my jets.
So I don’t have to rely on modern-freemodel thrust mechanics that don’t let you do any real manuevers at all?

I honestly don’t know if its gliding or air-resistance.
