HttpError: SslConnectFail

Fix the bug (Make my mouse work again in studio at least)

I always get the error “HttpError: SslConnectFail” when try to load assets

  • My studio doesn’t respond to any mouse actions (Left click and right click don’t work at all)
  1. What solutions have you tried so far?

I’ve tried opening/closing studio, restarting PC, enabling/disabling mouse, restarting mouse properties.

Okay, mouse thing was fixed by turning off some UI stuff. But HttpError: SslConnectFail is still here

some questions to answer to help fixing your issue

  • have you tried to use a proxy at all on your computer?
  • have you reset your network adapters and seen if that fixes it?

Could you try full uninstalling roblox studio and reinstalling it? Someone said they tried turning off IPV6 and it worked. If not i suggest opening up a bug report as there isn’t much we can do here :frowning:

Sorry to hear that…If you tried everything then the last thing i can suggest is to create a ticket in #bug-reports and describe your issue there, The Roblox staff will be able to assist you.
