I Can Use the Badge Creator Without Permission

When on a group where I have edit access to the games but not the ability to create group items, I can still view and use the Create Badge panel with no indication that I’m not allowed to right up until I click Create.

Expected behavior

I should be blocked from accessing this panel and given a reason.

The create badge page shouldn't be accessible on a game where I'm not allowed to create badges

i have seen this happen to me, thought it was a feature.

I think you must have permissions for the group items because it shows badges on that page.
