You should 100% minus his pay, free modelling is not good when you pay someone to build you something.
Regardless whether it’s free modeled or not, it still does give a familiar vibe and anyone visiting might think it’s free modeled anyways. If I were you, I would not use it just to be safe.
The whole cafe is not free modeled, but I do see some free models in there that I have seen before, or at least super similar.
I’d try searching for meshparts inside of that game and finding the creator of the mesh.
