I have verified my ID twice in 2 weeks but I am still being denied

I think this is the wrong topic but whatever. I’m just annoyed at Roblox right now.

So I want to access Roblox Spacial voice to mess around with it and I am unable to access it due to Roblox denying my request to verify my ID.

I go through the veriff process, it says finalizing decision, and a big ol’ screen appears.

I have even contacted veriff 2 weeks ago via email and still no response and when I contact Roblox support they just tell me how to verify my ID and some extra FAQ and stuff.

I included my bar code, front and back of my ID, and I’m not sure what they want from me.

I got it from the DMV and I live in the United States if that helps.

Just wait 3 days, and try again. I think you used an ID that is not accepted by the verification process website.

Do I use my paper or physical ID?

I was using paper ID as temporary because my old ID broke in half.

(Papaer ID was given by the DMV)
