I would like to talk with you about a bug on the platform… As you can see in the images, i only receiving between 0 and 5 robux per item. A lot of people is having this bug, and all my groups are bugged in this way, even the resalles… I already lost a lot of money and work time due this bug, and i would like to solve it, i need this money to keep the bills paid. What should we do?
I would like to get this bug fixed, to back receiving the correct (30 or 70%) percentage of my sales. I already saw a lot of peoples with this bug, Roblox solved their groups problem, but the platform still with this bug. Thank you for you attention and i hope it gets better.
3 of the groups has recurring payouts, not in 100%. Others no and still the problem. If you recomend that, i can remove these payouts until the problem get solved.
