so i purchased an ad credits from the ads manager website using robux, i spent 31k robux to buy it but i dont receive any ad credits, i tried contacting CS but it kept saying something went wrong, please try again later. the same error also appears when i go to payment methods page in ads manager website.
another weird thing is the 31k robux i spent doesnt appear in my transactions. so my robux just gone like that for no reason
