I received a Right to Erasure - Action Needed notification for a User ID that doesn't even exist

So I got a notification to delete a User ID from datastores for an ID that doesn’t even exist, I’ve searched the user ID in profiles and it says nothing popped up, I’ve searched through all my games that use a datastore and found nothing of that ID, and the message was so vague never mentioning the game link where the ID is supposedly stored in.

It would be helpful if I got more information but I don’t and I don’t know what to do so I came here with this concern of mine because it says action must be taken and I don’t want anything to affect my account if I don’t do anything, has anyone gotten a message like this very recently? What do I do now?

EDIT: I used crazyman32’s datastore editor to check all my datastore stuff and looking at the user ids, and haven’t found the user id at all, I’m at a lost now. What happens if I do nothing?

Did you try searching on ROBLOX? If nothing popped up, it is likely that the user was banned.

Yes I did, it says Page cannot be found, the previous and after accounts of that user id were made in May but none of my games have any information stored of this user id

Of course that user won’t exist on Roblox anymore, they requested a “right to be forgotten” request. You likely have some sort of data store key with their user ID in it, so unfortunately you will have to go through every game that stores some kind of data based on user ID. It isn’t only data stores though, if you have any kind of reference to the user you’ll want to remove those references.

The player is banned from ROBLOX and is no longer a part of that attached ID.

Why does Roblox not give an exact game of where the user id is stored in? I have 20 places that I know for sure has datastores in it and I’ve checked all of them, none of them have any data of that user id. The last thing I can think of that might have it is some gamepasses the user may have bought that I put up for everyone to buy, if that’s the reason what do I do with the gamepass then?

There’s no way to delete a gamepass and I keep track of who buy my gamepasses in all my games in order to refund people who request one

Because then Roblox would not be respecting the GDPR request. Roblox would be keeping a history of the player’s played games.

I don’t think there is any data you can store with game passes, so you are good there.

What happens if I do nothing? I literally searched through my games and found no references to that user id, and I don’t know about the gamepass if it kept a record of it

I got the same message requesting an erasure of all datastores. I only have one game with datastores and that is for gamepasses that are only a one-time item so I have no clue what to do.

Would Private Servers store their UserID?

I don’t have private servers in my game so I’m not sure, but I really want to know what would happen if I did nothing even after trying everything I can possibly think of…
