It has been like this since Sunday, and for the past 6 days, whenever I try to insert my friend’s models in my place. When I leave and rejoin the game, the models are gone from my place. By the way, I haven’t used Roblox Studio from Monday to Thursday because I thought the issue would be fixed. However, when I came back to use it, the problem persisted, and it seems to only happen in every Roblox place I create. Also, sometimes when I want to close Roblox Studio, this thing appears on my screen. Can someone please help me? I can’t work on the game like this if it keeps happening.
I’m not sure if you’re experiencing a bug or not. If you are, be SURE to contact Roblox in regards to it.
There are two things I can suggest you do: Going to File > Save (or publish) To Roblox before leaving the place, and turning the place into a Team Create, which autosaves.
If all else fails, you can always create a new place.
Nvm, it wasn’t fixed for only one place, you see this image, right? yeah, i was building this on my place, and I press the “publish to ROBLOX” button in the game and wait, after waiting to be publish, I press the “x” and then after that, I go to check the update I made for my game in Roblox, and when i check it, it wasn’t there, it gone. BTW, sorry if i don’t have the videos but if you wonder, like i said, i press x and go check the game if the update i made is there, and it gone.
Check if the parts have anchored and collisions set. If it’s unchecked, then check it. Having parts collisions off can cause them to fall off the map as if it were never there.
