Low Poly
So my friend asked if you can build a low poly café I said sure but he dint know any plans so I told him il ask the lovely people on developer fourms to help me.
What it needs
It needs to be a low poly café in the summer medium size.

How about a cartoony cafe with an octagon shape. There can be patio seating as well and a misting system. Inside you can have menus using gradients on the background and white frames.

I suggest glancing through a couple pictures of Cafes on Google to use as inspiration. Before you start the building process, you should definitely have a blueprint ready or at least a plan in mind. I know building in low poly can be tricky at times especially with large structures so good luck! 
As a builder myself, just try to work of your mind and you can Google “Modern restaurant exterior” for ideas and insparation.
Consider searching there’s a few similar post about how to plan out your builds. It quite depends on what the theme your going for since your going for a cartoony look.
I would recommend using reference images to see how the layout, design, material, color and the overall feel you would like to be added to your cafe.
As said above, modern cafes normally feature a few decorations, try to make yours different from other cafes because nowadays a lot of cafes feature the same style and very similar designs try to make yours unique maybe add a twist images is what i use when i’m planning out my particle effects i would try that or draw a blueprint of the things you want to be placed.
Since the theme you’re going for is cartoony try planning it out or writing a sort of layout down on. A piece of paper and then finish the entire layout and the overall building itself, find an image and add the small important details to make it more interesting and unique in a kind of
way.

Put together all the ideas you have and try to combine them and design a layout on a piece of paper. You can also look up layouts on google for more help or inspiration.
