Whenever I try logging in to my Roblox account using Firefox, a verification puzzle shows up where I need to match a ruler’s position with a number. After I complete the puzzle correctly, I’m still unable to login due to an unknown error
I’ve also encountered this annoying issue before:
And I retried the same steps, which were:
Clearing history, cookies and cache multiple times
Disabling my extensions
Restarting my PC, and retrying the steps above
although, unfortunately, the issue persisted once again… I don’t understand why Roblox occasionally suspects that I’m a robot
Expected behavior
It seems as though the issue happens whenever a new puzzle is added, so I would expect that it’s tested well on Firefox before being introduced
I was able to login today on Firefox without encountering the unknown error (the ruler puzzle still keeps showing up, though. At least it isn’t as annoying as the sprint puzzle, since the ruler puzzle needs to be completed only 3 times)

I’m starting to get the sprint race puzzle again, and it’s even more annoying than when I’ve first encountered it: I’m barely able to make out the symbol on their shirts due to the resolution being so low, plus needing to complete it 6 times seems excessive to me
