Image thumbnail is not showing in some cases

I have uploaded the same image twice in a forum thread and the thumbnail of this image does not appear. But when I click on the thumbnail, the full image opens correctly:

Looks like this is resolved! Confirmed with the engineers. Thanks again for the report, everything should be fine now.
