Images disappearing from posts

Repro steps:

1. Upload an image to a post
2. Post the post
3. Edit the post, and upload a new image
4. Save the edit

Expected behavior:
Both the new and old image are still visible

Actual behavior:

Sometimes, images fail to load and just appear as a square with the word “image” at the top-left corner with the “Broken Image” icon preceding it.

The only way to view the image is to click on it, which opens the image viewer thing;

Right-clicking it and clicking “Open image in new tab” leads to this:

The image remains broken even after reloading with Ctrl+Shift+R and even on an Incognito window.

Ive seen this happen, but for some reason not with the post you pointed out

It seems to be working on my side now, I think it might be a caching issue.
