How will we know if our submissions have been accepted?

I believe Roblox is going to either send you an e-mail or a Roblox message, or both. I assume it will be e-mail since Roblox will send you the certificate, and maybe a code for the pin (if the pin is a code item you can redeem if you got an entry)

Do you know how long it is before the send emails because I don’t want the UGC challenge to end and they say it was not accepted.

Then it was not accepted, if you want to do something you are better at for example try doing the 2D clothing challange, since making a UGC is not always easy, especially when its meant to be realistic. Just take your time to make something good and im pretty sure on July 15th you already should know if its accetped

I hate to burst your bubble but it’s supposed to be realistic.

Does someone who has already submitted their entry send a notice if it has been rejected or accepted?

Just to let you know you are supposed to submit your creations via this survey. Nothing will be submitted just through replying with images of your work. Full details about what you’re supposed to do are in this document.

We won’t know who’s work got put into the game and who the finalists are until around November.

I’m probably going to forget that I even submitted something by then.

Not everyone is a RTX artist, but if you submit a bad creation, you will still get accepted as it’s a challenge thus no one is purrrrfect!

You brightened my day

Yeah, I suppose so, just it was in case he didn’t realise that.

What sort of topology is required for UGC? I just want to make sure they are static objects and don’t deform is that correct? I am trying to balance face count and form but I have been told objects that need to deform in game need more uniform topology.

Uhm, if you do the math correctly, he’s 14.
