I got to point this out in case you think its considered a submission, to submit you need to make sure your accessory has all anchor points, you need to provide proof you made it, give them the model etc. Btw, it has to be realistic
what if the video of my process is accidentally deleted is there other ways of showing proof?

Screenshots of you in studios or blender can do as well I believe.

I have already sent an entry, with all the requirements except one, to place the anchor to the object, because it does not appear in the avatar, as much as I have searched, I cannot find a way to place the anchor points in the avatar.
The only thing that is shown in the tutorial that is attached to the document is how to place the object on the anchor points and export it.
Using the plugin showed in the tutorial automatically anchors and adds the attachment so I suggest you use it
This got me to learn how to use blender.
I now have much more respect for UGC creators then I did previously. (It was already high to begin with)

I did the same as in the instructions. But it is not added to the player when touched. This is not an error, is it?
It still doesnât work, I followed all the steps in the tutorial but the avatar is not included with the anchor points
When âtouchedâ ? Its an accessory on default, and I am pretty sure Roblox wouldnt just place all assets on the baseplate and walk over each of them to test them out
I Joined UGC Challenge and i already submit i dont have knowledge about ugc u made it possible that i can make UGC also if I have already Submitted UGC challenge then can I still pass 2d clothing, Animation and Sound Design? cuz i wanna explore more and make things possible
No, you wonât be able to make UGC just for submitting a item. To become a UGC Creator you need to be accepted into the program by submitting you submission once the submissions for UGC opens.

yeah Sorry i know u misinterpret for what i am saying, ofcourse i know, im not saying that now i am becoming ugc creator cuz i join ugc challenge but from what i am saying is i can make now a Hat, Hair and more cuz of this challenge and they made it possble to make Accessories 
I donât understand a word you are saying, you canât just make hat and hair, you need to be accepted into the UGC Program first.

The texture size can be any size right?

Yes, however large images are auto resized.

I like it! UGC would be a little hard for me, as I donât have a good software such as Blender. Maybe I might have a go at 2D clothing.

Blender is free. Itâs a bit of learning curve but there are lots of good youtube tutorials
