I agree, I really hope Roblox does more of this kind of stuff.

Great to see a new challenge finally starting- Good luck to everyone who plans to participate and do something for it!
Itâs absolutely amazing to see Roblox doing these game jam challenges.
As I aint familiar with this branch of developing(Sound design), can someone brief me over how I can learn this?
With âsongâ does it refer to lyrics as well or just beats?
Sorry if this sounds dumb I am just too far away with this 4th challenge
Are we allowed to take a pre-existing melody that is older than 100 years (therefore free from copyrights) and apply our creative juices to that?

Hey one question:
Are we allowed to cut the recordings as I donât think I am able to finish an entire song in one sitting.
You can join the footage into a video, the important thing is to show the creation process from start to finish
Anything rules about the length of either of the songs?
Each must be 30 to 240 seconds long.
Do I need to pay any robux to make the any of the songs?
Just in game audio in general, like if you were to make a horror game youâd have to have audios for monsters or if you were making a game with rainy environments youâd have rain sounds. Also some games have foot step sounds and some games have gun sounds and some games have vehicle sounds etc. etc.
You only need to pay to upload the audio if you want to be featured in the âfashion showâ game.
Aw man, a new challenge approaching the Roblox DevCommunity. Good luck to everybody that is participating
I donât think thatâs allowed seeing as they have premade sounds and that means It wonât be accounted for as you own music.
Then does this mean that you canât use any sort of premade instruments since they werenât made in the challenge?
instruments??? what do you mean instruments, you can use instruments because itâs different. Instruments actually require skill to make good music with.
So are you saying that making good songs on Strofe requires 0 skill.
I donât really know about what the website has but Iâm guessing yeah no skill required.
