Imported FBX animation ends up distorted

Hi. I’m testing out the skinned mesh beta. It’s pretty good, but importing animations has got to change. Here’s an issue I’m having right now.

I’m trying out a pre existing animation from a pre existing game, featuring Homer The Simpson, main character of The Simpson (funny family comedy.) Jokes aside, here is a preview from Blender.

I went and imported it in Roblox, and here’s how it looks now:

I’ve been having the same issue for a while now, I was wondering if my issue was unique or not. I can confirm this is happening, my custom character went from this:

to this:

I found my issue out, the rig imported from the game didn’t have rotation like the T-pose. As for your problem, I found a fix out back in August (but for blender only)

It’s pretty grating to do, and finding the perfect scale is hard.

How did you deal with your issue? I think i have the same problem.

I think I pressed CTRL + A in Pose mode without an animation playing and applied every option
