Imported FBX animation from blender inverts limbs

been trying to figure this out for 3 days!
I rigged and skinned a custom character following the official roblox documentation and everythings works fine… except importing animations from blender.

i animate in blender, export and import FBX in roblox studio animation editor.
everytime the limb animation looks like its inverted.
