Imported files to blender turn out gray?

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want to start making renders but am having trouble importing.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Imported hats are colorless (gray).

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried exporting and importing again but it didn’t work.

It’s a bug and staff are aware. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.
