This was so annoying - not sure what the issue was.
I fixed this by clearing cookies for the Roblox website and then tried logging into another account and then logging back into the account where this captcha was happening. That seemed to fix it. Clearing out cookies alone and then restarting the browser and then trying to login into the account again didn’t fix it, I had to login into another account first. Not really sure why.
Yeah, this is what Roblox support told me to do if this happened.
I cant even log in to any of my accounts anymore! Please fix this no fix works not even clearing my cookies or closing my browser!!!
I’ve realized it was me at fault for not reading the description of this feature:
blocking third-party cookies seems to be one suspected route* to inducing this weird behavior.
This problem is still happening, I can’t pass the captcha even tho everything was choosen correctly.
Edit: I can’t sign in any account on any browser, meaning that I can’t access roblox at all.

I’ve been trying to sign in for 15 minutes now and I keep getting the same captcha.
Yup. This is a roblox critical. Physically impossible to log in to roblox right now.
Oh, wow. Isn’t that just wonderful. After a while and I complete it, it just loads forever. (Been loading for 26 minutes)
Maybe it thinks spam bots are from there or something?

Why does roblox use an external api anyway, can’t they just root the code or make their own?

I can confirm. I’ve tried many times to log into studio but I cannot. I always run out of time, despite going extremely fast.
Update: I no longer get group captchas nor have to do any while logging in. I don’t know if Roblox has stored a cookie on my browser which tells the website to ignore captchas or if my account age makes it bypass, but something is going on. This account [2013] and my evergreen2y[2012] account both do not get log in captchas nor group joining/wall posting captchas.
I don’t think it’s an account age thing. My account is from 2010 and I still get captchas here and there and some of them are just broken so I can’t log in so I usually close my browser and re-open the website to see if I can get an actual captcha that works. It’s annoying not gonna lie, especially when you have to do a captcha 10 times in a row.
I’ve noticed that the captchas have gotten EVEN HARDER lately, for everyone. Mutual friends struggle to log into their accounts at this point, its kind of insane. I struggle to log in. Especially when there are bugs and the “correct” rotation is actually one of several apparently correct ones based on lighting so you have to try 30 times to find the “right correct one”
It keeps on saying, “Yikes! Not quite fast enough. Try to answer before too much time runs out!” even though, I am doing it in less than 30 seconds.
Why doesn’t roblox make their own captchas instead of suckling of of Arkose’s buggy product? Or at least, buy Google’s captcha that I have NEVER experienced glitching.
How is a little 4 y/o supposed to solve some of these things? They can’t read, much less deduce what a spiral galaxy is!
