Impresso Espresso - Appeals Guide
This guide provides instructions on how to appeal a Permanent Ban or a communications server ban. There is no specific appeals format, so this guide offers flexibility for you to personalize your appeal in a manner that you believe would be advantageous to your case.
Note: Please carefully review and consider the following points when drafting your appeal.
- Wait at least one week after your ban before submitting an appeal. Submitting an appeal sooner will result in automatic rejection and reset the one-week waiting period.
- If you have multiple bans for the same reason, you can appeal for all at once by specifying that you are appealing for multiple bans. However, if the bans are for different reasons, submit separate appeals for each.
- Contact any high-ranking members or above if you have questions about our appeals process.
- Clearly state your relevant username (communications or Roblox) and specify the ban you are appealing.
- If you are uncertain about a permanent ban, join our communications server and verify your account. Use the “!myban” or “!mypcban” command under the suspected banned account to view the reason and evidence for the ban. Alternatively, ask one of our High Ranks to assist you.
- If your appeal is unsuccessful, wait two weeks before submitting a new appeal. Avoid being disrespectful or pestering our High Ranks about the decision. The acceptance of an appeal is at the High Ranks’ discretion.
- Send appeals via Roblox private messages, in-game private messages, or direct messages to our high-ranking members.
- Refrain from pestering our High Ranks to review your appeal; you will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
- Submit your appeal to one and only one of our high-ranking members.
Key points to include in your appeal:
- Your commitment to change if the ban is lifted.
- Reasons why we should lift the ban.
- The reason for your ban.
Feel free to write your appeal in a paragraph format, including additional information beyond this guide. Your appeal can be as detailed as needed, and while grammar is not mandatory, clear communication is appreciated.
Your appeal may have been declined for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Appealing before demonstrating genuine improvement or change.
- Displaying bothersome or immature behavior during the appeal process.
- Focusing solely on blaming others in your appeal.
- Violation of rules during the appeal process or shortly before.
- Lack of sincerity in your appeal.
- Insufficient detail provided.
- Failure to adequately address the reasons for your ban.
Once your appeal is submitted, our High Rank team will review it, and you can expect a response within 48 hours. If your appeal is successful, the ban you appealed will be lifted; however, please note that this does not prevent future bans. We encourage you to consider your conduct carefully at Impresso Espresso’s facilities going forward. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact a Chairman or higher rank.
We look forward to seeing you at our games very soon!
