Improve roblox customer service by adding live chat

Hello roblox developers!
This idea is not to hate or anything of a kind this is a general idea because when I try to contact roblox customer support they don’t really help me I wait for a 1 day response and just for someone to reply with something that doesn’t help.

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to contact customer service for any help so I am just asking if roblox could add a live chat so there will be no waiting for 1 day for a response?

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because
I wouldn’t have to wait 1 day for a useless response and customer service would improve a lot.

P. S please be aware that this isn’t here for hating customer service its here to suggest an idea.

I don’t think that this is possible. The customer service of Roblox receives lots of messages.
If they want to add live chat to the options to contact the customer service, they have to hire lots of new support agents. I don’t think that Roblox will do this.

I mean they do have loads of money so they could if they wanted to but more than likely not.

They don’t make any profits on customer service. That’s why I disagree with your point.

They do have enough money, but they probably aren’t willing to spend it on customer service.

Tons of support requests are made through customer support. There are more players than staff at Roblox. So there would still be delayed responses which would defeat the purpose of a live chat, so no this isn’t really feasible

Hey sorry for the late reply.
Maybe so but you will still get an actual person talking to you than automated messages also known as quick response…
Agents thorough live chat will care while on email they don’t.

But there will be a ton of people live chatting and customer support need to address issues as fast as possible. It doesn’t really work for anyone.

It will get to a point where canned replies will need to be used which defeats live chat even more.

Indeed most websites you have to wait 40 minutes for a agent so I still see roblox having a waiting time but I am sure that isn’t an really big issue.

I think this is a good feature but just isn’t possible how your wrote it. I believe they could do something like the “Get Help” app for windows 10. Basically it is a robot that responds to your message at first and it sends an article, so they would have an automated message that reads it and does it’s best to send the correct article, But instead of sending random articles it would send stuff from the Roblox Support Page. And after it sends an article it would also send a message that says “Did this article help you?” and if you choose no you would type in a descriptive reply on what you need help with. And if the answer for that didn’t help you, then you would have the option to talk to a live chat agent. (I personally believe that this would work)
