Improving Civility in Groups and Communities

Group and Community owners are responsible for keeping their spaces safe; if we believe that owners aren’t proactively moderating, these spaces may be limited or removed from Roblox, and the owners may be restricted from owning Communities or Groups in the future.

This cannot be the current policy when there are barely any moderation controls/features for the new Forums feature. It’s near impossible to moderate at scale, so I will just be disabling the forums for my communities until we have a more realistic ability to meet these expectations.
