Inaccurate Purchase Transaction Log For Name-changes

Introduction:

Hello everyone, I recently changed my Roblox username Strongjohnfgamer>ProvenData. When I was doing this I got my login wrong so it timed me out. This happened a few times. I kept getting errors like "Software Error Something was said like that, and Flooded I’m sure that was what it said. Throughout these errors I’m assuming it kept logging a purchase yet there were no Robux deducted until the final and successful attempt.

Repro Steps:

  • Get your login wrong a few times until it times you out.
  • Optional: Come back and do it again if you want do it again. :man_shrugging:
  • Then login correctly and change it successfully.
  • Check Purchase logs.

I am in the process of checking over bug reports and following up on some bugs that haven’t received any activity in a while.
Is this issue still occurring or can you confirm that this bug has been resolved?

I haven’t changed my name sense.

(Also it did not charge my account twice just logged as twice.)
