Why would you steal someoneâs hard work? Hire someone to make one for your game or ask permission to the artist for that thumbnail.

What? Excuse me? Remake it using AI?? Make your own icon, then it will be yours. You clearly do not know anything about art or copyright infringement. Please educate yourself before you start doing things that are illegal.
Of course! Just donât steal that thumbnail by âremovingâ the watermark and pretend like itâs yours. If you want to use AI, I believe there is a absolutely no problem.

Uh noooo⌠Do you even know how that kind of AI is powered? Itâs by other artists. Itâs taking all the other artistâs work, and smashing it into one picture. Thatâs called stealing. Also, you did not make the image so how can you copyright it? If anything its the AIâs work not yours
Thereâs no problem with that. As long as youâre not remaking the thumbnail perfectly (no difference with the original), you can use that thumbnail for your game.

its not just way better ist realistic tho!
the AI isnât a human so i wouldnât go as far as calling it stealing. AI art generators use machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks to generate art, they donât copy from other artists.
