Inappropriate usernames with underscores?

I’m not sure if this has been fixed or not, but apparently users have been able to create accounts with names which are normally filtered:

The user’s actual name is ‘suck_1814’, which normally should be filtered due to ‘suck’.

While I’m sure reporting the user for an inappropriate username would work, I’m not sure if there is an underlying bug which would allow this user to create more similar accounts which ‘break’ the filter.

Huh. Apparently that didn’t come up when I searched. Probably didn’t search enough then. Thanks, though.
