InsertService documentation needs updated

Various pages from InsertService are very outdated, as if the service was completely forgotten. For example:

• GetUserSets and GetBaseSets should be marked deprecated. Oddly, they still return some data, but it’s not very useful because the underlying feature was removed long ago.

• LoadAsset says that loaded models are inserted into InsertService, but that hasn’t been the case for years.

• LoadAsset’s See Also section suggests that GetFreeModels can be used with LoadAsset to insert stuff into a live server, but that’s misleading because LoadAsset currently has a restriction regarding what models can be loaded from the website.

I’ve updated the InsertService and LoadAsset summaries and descriptions. GetUserSets and GetBaseSets also mention the removal of sets in a deprecation message.
