Interaction via touchpad is not supported when player use DualSense/Dualshock gamepad on PC

The navigation wheel does not open when you click on the touchpad on the DualSense/Dualshok gamepads.

Game: Playgrounds Basketball - Roblox
Platform: PC
Repro Frequency: 100%
Steps:

  1. Make sure that the DualSense/Dualshock gamepad is connected
  2. Launch the game on PC
  3. Click on the touchpad
  4. Pay attention that the navigation wheel does not open

Expected behavior

Player can use the touchpad when playing on PC via Dualsense/Dualshock gamepad
