Yes, I was finally able to enter the talent Hub. I am very happy to be inside. I hope to learn more about this type of topic. I loved it a lot. :star_struck: :grinning:

When’s the next wave, is there something I must do since I’m still not qualified like should I disable my pin or something? Everyone’s already moved their portfolio while I’m still here waiting and it’s getting very frustrating since people go at Talent Hub now instead of collaborations.

You don’t need to disable your pin, that just effects what content you’ll see on the site. You just have to be patient I guess.

They still only allow certain links on the Talent Hub:

https://talent.roblox.com/consent

You agreed to these terms when first using Talent Hub FWIW.

I was making my bio and I noticed in Skills that there is no skill for translating? What am I supposed to do, leave it blank? I would appreciate if you could add translating to the Talent Hub before you remove the Collaboration category

Edit: Nevermind, if you manually typing Translating it’ll let you put it, but I would still like if translating was a supported skill.

Are there any plans to add a light-mode to the Talent Hub website? It allows for better accessibility.

Roblox is planning to give access to Talent Hub to majority of people by September 1st, so there is no reason add a test for that.

Also tests for access to a certain place is a terrible, terrible idea. Especially for a website that will have thousands people.

Unfortunately not. As stated here , When posting public content (including Job Posts and Creator Pages), you are not permitted to request users directly contact you outside of the platform. This includes posting email addresses, usernames for other platforms, or telephone numbers. Interactions on Talent Hub must start in a Talent Hub Application, but may then move to another communication platform after an Application has been created. You may only provide instructions to connect with a user on another platform within the private application chat.

Can I get access to post a portfolio on the Talent Hub?

My favorite part about this does not need discord. THANK YOU, ROBLOX!

It looks better then the dev forum but I think it lacks some things that the dev forum did better. I want to add pictures to my portofolio but I am unable to do that there… The UI is just too big, it is hard to scroll through the jobs the bottem and top bar should just be smaller so we have more jobs on our screen at once and there is something wrong with scrolling through it. The images on your page is a big thing for me personally!

Ik the rules say you aren’t allowed to put other ways to contact you outside the talent hub.

But are you allowed to just say something like ‘you can contact me through the talent hub and Discord’ but of course not put your discord tag?

You can apply for jobs / see applications to your own jobs / be invited to apply to jobs, then talk to the other person there and go to Discord from there. No point in specifying that on your description.

Hey, just a few updates:

  1. We added another wave of Creators to Talent Hub, if you haven’t had access up to this point please check again!

  2. We’ve been pushing stability and UX improvements since launch - you can see some of the changes below -

Updates

  • Added some more Skills (Translate, Particles, Education)
  • Increased maximum Creator Page bio field to 500 characters
  • Acknowledging your moderated content now takes you to the content
  • Content that needs updating due to moderation now has a warning sign informing you of this
  • Updated the abuse report dialogue to be clearer

Bugfixes

  • Fixed daily email updates not sending
  • Large images are now resized to fit the constraints
  • Changing job states no longer requires you to reload the page
  • Refreshing certain pages should now not falsely give a 404 error
  • The browser back button is now working again
  • Tooltips now appear immediately
  • ‘View Applications’ button no longer disappears after closing the Job
  • General bugfixes
  • General stability fixes
  • General optimizations

Thank you so much for the feedback so far, we’ve been reading absolutely everything people send over, and it’s been super helpful. We’re using it not only to highlight things we need to do now, but also using it to help us build our longer-term roadmap as we continue to add more features to Talent Hub going forwards. Keep it coming!

I think the theme feature should come as well. I don’t come to the site much in the dark theme. Here is a sample image:
