Ironically, mine was fixed after complaining on here as well. See my original reply to this thread.
I’m curious, did this happen after creating an account PIN? When it happened to me, I created an account PIN and checked Talent Hub shortly after and found that. It would be weird, since I thought they removed the restriction against PINs but it might explain why it happened to you numerous times.
I disabled the account pin due to issues with other beta tests and enabled 2FA which was meant to resolve the issue with account pins. Since then my account hasn’t been adjusted but my Talent Hub verified access continues being adjusted.
Unfortunately, I wish it were that simple.
They did not removed the PIN restriction :
BUT since it looks like you verified with an ID the PIN restrictions should be gone. So I don’t think it has anything to do with the PIN…
When you make a job post, it always passes through moderation first. You don’t need to worry about that.
(Also to everyone else, this is normal!)
I don’t think you understand the issue. What he is saying is that his profile had the pending moderation during a lot of time, which is not normal
To those looking to hire: Allowed to specify minimum age in job listing.
(Example: You have to be 14+ to get accepted.)
To those wanting to be hired: Not allowed to specify your age range in bio.
You can’t even be vague about it like saying: Adult (20+) to give the recruiter notice that you are in fact not 14.
Instead your profile gets removed from search for personal information:
So just a heads up to edit your bio and remove any reference to your age if you have posted it.
just going to say, the devforum is still better in every way, the talent hub is still pretty awful
i insulted it and they wont moderate me lol
I disagree with what you said about the talent hub, it isn’t just ‘pretty awful’ and the devforum isn’t better in every way, the talent hub is simply a tool that needs some modifications, and even though a number of things lack, they said they are working on it, we just need to leave them some time.
Well for the time being, the devforum is better. It was a pretty good source to find people or get hired. The TalentHub is like a polished version with many restrictions. You’re right though, it does need some modifications.
Is there anyway to add images to your creator page so people can have a look at what you have done.
Through markdowns, yes, but for now there is no easy way to do it.
idk how to get verified and had been stuck in trying to get an answer from roblox’s “support”
You must confirm your age at roblox website. It requires your ID card
You need to verify an ID or driver license in your account settings on the roblox website to get verified on the talent hub.
I noticed that, not alot of people are using the talent hub… I guess because roblox users decided not to use roblox’s resources to hire players… how would roblox resolve this issue?
Maybe, by implementing some changes to Talent Hub and giving full access to everyone.
Simple steps to get verified on both Roblox and the Talent Hub:
- Visit the Roblox website
- Head over to “Settings”
- Click “Verify My Age” below your age settings
- Follow the verification process, note that you will need a seperate device to scan the QR code.
I’m not sure if this is a legitimate bug or just my own creator page being glitchy.

I can’t edit my experience tabs with images nor add any new images to them. The only ones that save are ones without images. I was on a mobile device at the time, but I tried to edit them on my chromebook as well, and the result was the same.
Edit: This has been going on since, I believe, 2 days ago.
The Talent Hub isn’t meant nor supported for mobile yet, so you should expect malfunctions and lots of bugs there.
